India’s Yuki bhambri defeated Guido Pella of Argentina 6-7 6-3 6-1 in round of 16 at the Citi Open in Washington and moves to the quarterfinals.

In previous round yuki beats defending champion Gael Monfils 6-3 4-6 7-5.

Now Yuki will face Kevin Anderson of south africa in the quarterfinals. 15th seed Kevin is currently ranked 45 in the world where as qualifier Yuki is currently ranked 200.

But in this tournament Yuki is playing best tennis of his life. He is just 3 match away from his 1st ATP title. The match streaming will go live at 1:30am IST on 5th August.

Yuki is former junior no. 1. And all indian tennis lovers will cheer for him.
